Steps taken to reproduce. Remove all IM options (excet enable) for
user. Create user group, IM-test, apply all setting to user groups,
add user to IM-test group. Confirm resource-lists.xml is generated, no
errors.
The only entry for this user is below...
<resource
uri="sip:[email protected];sipx-noroute=VoiceMail;sipx-userforward=false">
<name>499</name>
</resource>
I see no changes when I remove the user from the group or add the IM
info in their status. What should I be looking for? Something like
this?
<list user="~~rl~F~499" user-cons="~~rl~C~499"> (user does not have
any speeddials cretaed so it wont have that, but the other do and they
didn't work either, because that's not IM status stuff)...
