OK, did a complete re-install. Running DNS on the phone server with a forward to the windows DNS server. Using a subdomain for the phone server. Call transfers are still very slow (20 sec. to connect!)

I always suggest using a real domain name using a sub domain so you never have to in fight on dns. I would suggest a reinstall accordingly...
