I can read the Counterpath stuff that says there is a MWI count feature. I
don't mess around with the bria app anymore to say for sure if it works, as
I have been consistently dissappointed by counterpath. Do they provide
documentation on their features?

This would be problematic for one major reason: carriers do not like to
leave a call ringing without answering for (normally) more than 60 seconds.

You can carefully craft a hunt group (see the wiki) but it cannot be
circular or call the same lines in sequence in its execution.
