Hi All, I am trying to setup fax reception. Under the users "unified messaging" I define a fax extension (334) and a DID/alias (31882221334)
When I dial this extension (31882221334) the fax service only responds with a short (+-1second) fax tone but the line stays active until we disconnect. After disconnection it immediately send a '0 page tif' to the users email address. What could be wrong?
