Installing from ISO is correct and puts the correct yum repository on the machine.
do a: service sipxecs stop yum update if it installs a new kernel, reboot, otherwise do service sipxecs start In the logging from the sipxconfig UI, set the ACD logging to debug, generate the errors and post the relevant portion of the log.
