That would be a nice feature, changes on IVR side will be just to move fax file under user mailbox, new fax directory (should we restrict the # of faxes one could store?). User portal will query IVR REST API to retrieve faxes details similar with voicemail implementation. We could make this the default choice and add a new option for the case when user wants to receive faxes on email. We could try to make it in 4.6, if no time for then will address in 4.8.
