Jasperforge also has a "iReport Designer" that will allow you to connect to
your database and design the query from your PC and choose the output
formatting, etc. It is probably what was used to create the existing
templates in sipxconfig now.  You might consider trying that out and seeing
if there is a simpler way to get the xml report templates into sipxconfig.
