By default, sipX requires mutual DNS authentication. The problem we are encountering with polycom's is that it does not successfully send the correct cert. It sends it's default cert which is getting rejected by sipX. It has been a mystery that has been asked several times with no apparent answer. If you are able to configure polycom, or find the magic config that makes it send the sipX cert, please update the wiki.
