the email server you are sending to is rejecting it because the attachment size is too big. This is why I use FTP backup or other methods (smb, webdav, etc.).
The sipx backup method also backs up your firmware/bootrom as well as voicemail and configuration data. It easily means 200-300MB for any size shop if you upload firmware, and grows with voicemail useage. If you have polycom firmware, it is actively backing up 100MB or more without regard to anything else.
