if you honestly want flawless service.. i recommend getting an Ingate
SIParator SBC with the Remote NAT Traversal Module, SIP Trunking Module,
and enough CAL's to cover all call flows... i have found that VoIP.ms with
a SIParator provides FLAWLESS service to SipX. while having to register to
VoIP.ms becuase they do not support IP based authentication on port 5080
has a few issues sometimes.

i have right now an issue with Appia where we sometimes get a 481 Unknown
Dialog from the carrier when we park a call.. this in turn dropps the
call.. we are currently waiting for a fix.. but as a temp fix we have
forwarded our number with Appia to a temp number at VoIP.ms and everything
is working 100%.

its honestly too bad we can not just port our number to VoIP.ms ----
problem would have already been solved
