I looked everywhere and could not find anything related to this...but 
here goes.  I am doing a very simple test where the auto attendant 
(default) answers the call, then times out to dial an extension which 
goes to voicemail. I notice a large delay of silence after the attendant 
hands the call to dial the extension. I have the Invalid Response 
section as follows:  Replay Count :0  Inv. Response Count: 0 Transfer on 
Failures checked to transfer to default extension 200.

I know...read the book!  If this is covered in there I will buy it 
immediately. (I will buy it anyways :P )
