I believe the current 'recommendation' for running a cluster on 4.6 is to install the 1st server (management) as a virtual server - this server would not provide any media services (unless it is a smaller install). Then install additional (media) roles on physical servers. This configuration would allow snapshotting on your configuration server - so in the event something happens on the main server, you can easily roll back to a functional state.

If that server isn't up its probably more important to get it working than add a new user. Media services can be moved off config server in sipxecs. In openuc (the commercial version) media services can be made redundant as well... ________________________________ This message and any files transmitted with it are intended only for the individual(s) or entity named.
