I believe the current 'recommendation' for running a cluster on 4.6 is to 
install the 1st server (management) as a virtual server - this server would not 
provide any media services (unless it is a smaller install).  Then install 
additional (media) roles on physical servers.  This configuration would allow 
snapshotting on your configuration server - so in the event something happens 
on the main server, you can easily roll back to a functional state.

4.6 will not have redundant mgmt...  it was deemed not critical...   and it 
really isn't that critical.  If that server isn't up its probably more 
important to get it working than add a new user.

Media services can be moved off config server in sipxecs.  In openuc (the 
commercial version) media services can be made redundant as well...
