I'm curious on how did this end.

I'm trying to set silent ring on one of the linekeys on IP33x. According to
Polycom, the alertInfo has precedence over Distinctive Incoming Call
Treatment and TUI, in that order. You can confirm that on the Admin
Guide<http://supportdocs.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/global/documents/support/setup_maintenance/products/voice/spip_ssip_vvx_Admin_Guide_SIP_3_2_2_eng.pdf>,
page 4-7.

Have you figured it on how to set silent ring without lose the distinctive
ring for external calls?
