  Still ISO not yet ready...AFAIK "DNS and DHCP" should be taken while
install centos-6...Just point the browser
"http://FQDN/sipxconfig/app"after sipxecs-setup is done ..It should work..

Note:
  4.6 build centos-6 is required...
