It does noone any good when you talk about that. It sounds like a network or PC related issue (i.e. local firewall settings, etc.).
It's still an EKIGA error and it points back to your system(s). Transport error n/a Local_BadTransportAddress http://wiki.ekiga.org/index.php/Documentation You are not providing an error or other message from the sipx logs that shows the attempt (or not) and or a decline request from sipx.
