All, At our remote site we have users who are configured under a BRCCampus branch. We also have a Patton gateway configured for that branch with one PRI connected. The dialplans have gatways for both branches. I has recently come to my attention that calls from a BRCCampus branch hit the BRC GW first as expected, the call gets setups and then there is a Requested facility no subscribed message. The call then gets re-setup using our SRCCampus gateway and goes through as expected. My BRC gateway is configured the same as my SRC campus one. The only difference is that BRC has only 1 pri and only on enabled in the OUTBOUND hunt configuration. Is this an error setting up the call with the PRI carrier or is it an error from the SIP side. I would assume the prior. Incoming calls via DID to that gateway are working fine. Only outbound fail and then failover to the other Patton at the other campus.
