I think maybe what I got from his question was the ability to do user-customizable folders. For example, one for saved personal voice mails, one for "project A" and another for "project B" and so forth. This would be a neat feature, but would probably also encourage users to save much more in the way of voicemails than they normally would. Kind of like how certain data pack rats tend to use their email as a document management system. ;)
