Ok thanks for the logs. I found the issue. You are correct 863 is sending a re-invite after it has terminated the call with a bye. This results to the re-invite getting processed as a new INVITE. This got sipXbridge confused and kept on looping the invite back to itself. I have committed a patch for this in 4.4 which would reject this stray INVITE. It should be part of the next series of updates. Thanks for the bug report.

Hi Joegen,

It finally happened again. More or less same call flow as last time as shown below.

07:09:35 +41218215400 to +41218220860
07:09:35 860 Ringing
07:09:38 860 200OK
07:09:53 860 re-invite - MOH
07:10:10 860 REFER 863
07:10:11 860 BYE MOH
07:10:28 863 BYE
07:10:43 863 re-invite - MOH?

Attached sipxbridge.log (stripped for log before call in question) and trace.xml

there is indeed a loop going on there after a hold attempt. It
seems you can now reproduce this at will. sipx bridge debug level
log would help pinpoint where the loop is happening.

We have this call scenario (sipX 4.4)

Ext calls to int A (860)
    A transfers to B (864)
B has ring "at same time" C (868)
    B has "no repsonse" 25sec
C has "no response" 25 sec, then forward to A

A call to this scenario caused sipxBridge to go crazy and sent
numerous INVITE then 100 Trying to itself. This caused the system
to go to 100% CPU and eventually all calls gave busy.

    Please see attached trace.xml

We are having daily 100% CPU issues, most likely with sipxBridge.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this is greatly appreciated.

    Sven.
