under <user>|Unified Messaging, there is an entry for External MWI.
1) does this send unsolicited MWI Notifies to a phone (i.e. covering the case
of a phone/ata that doesn't properly subscribe)?
2) can it be configured to send to more than 1 phone (e.g. separated by spaces
or commas)?
Is it only to be used when the phone/ata doesn't correctly subscribe or is
there another purpose.
