Thanks Michael P. and Mike M. for the feedback. Since we have a data connection with AirBand, we were wondering for the convenience if their SIP Trunking would work just to have both data/voice through one vendor and have a cost savings as well plus added QOS. What if the Edgewater device could be replaced by some other device or do you think it has something to do with their backend? We ran into a similar issue with another provider that had an Edgewater device, and we tried it with/without the device before moving to our current provider, Appiaservices.
