Thanks Michael P. and Mike M. for the feedback.

Since we have a data connection with AirBand, we were wondering for the
convenience if their SIP Trunking would work just to have both data/voice
through one vendor and have a cost savings as well plus added QOS. What if the
Edgewater device could be replaced by some other device or do you think it has
something to do with their backend? We ran into a similar issue with another
provider that had an Edgewater device, and we tried it with/without the device
before moving to our current provider, Appiaservices.

I've never been able to make an Edgewater device work with sipXecs properly...
I usually steer clear of them... If you go that route and get it working,
please document it.

I don't think it's sipXecs... if it is, we'd of course love to know what it is.

We ended up switching away from SipXecs and things are working great now.

We are not 100% sure where the problem was, nor did we have much time to
resolve the issue. AirBand was very helpful during the troubleshooting though.

We are thinking of changing SIP Trunk providers and are looking at Airband.
Does anyone have experiences with Airband? And if so, does it work with
SipXecs? I only see one entry in the forum regarding Airband last month and
the issue doesn't seem to have been resolved. Thanks for any feedback.
