IS this through a SIP trunk or a POTS line + gateway? We have experienced this with audiocodes MP-XXX gateways. When we put a digit grabber on the line ahead of the gateway we see the digits being doubled. The source digit and an echo digit. When we remove the gateway from the equation then the input digits display properly.
