If there is a dup key it could be removed manually. Finding out how it happened would be a good idea first though. Sounds like there is a problem there. Not one I have seen though. I guess you need to find out why there is more than 1 call with the same call id. Are there any users logged in tying to run cdr reports or view Dr records? If you restart service for cdr (call resolver) does the message continue? Now using sipXecs 4.4 latest release, where I get errors: "2012-06-05T09:21:13.754020Z":515:CDR:ERR:server.domain.local:main:00000000:cdr:"Loss of connection to database #<struct DatabaseUrl database=\"SIPXCDR\", port=5433, host=\"localhost\", adapter=\"postgresql\", username=\"postgres\"> - retrying to connect after sleep" It reports about this every 10 seconds, also the process ruby is slowly eating all the cpu time and memory.... Any ideas what this could be? All services are running fine, have restarted sipX and servers multiple times, and also CDR functions are working, but keep getting slower and slower...
