How can I check if it was the database key or the call-id? I only see this
entries in the logging..

was there a restore or anything involved with this system?

If there is a dup key it could be removed manually. Finding out how it happened
would be a good idea first though.

Wow. Sounds like there is a problem there. Not one I have seen though. I guess
you need to find out why there is more than 1 call with the same call id.

No no remote connections or users logged in to run reports.
Restarted call resolver using sipxproc, but still the errors keep being logged.

I also checked the postgres log, which reports:
ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "cdrs_call_id_unique"
ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "cdrs_call_id_unique"
ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "cdrs_call_id_unique"

It is completely filled with these lines...

Are you using anything to connect to postgres remotely to collect cdr records?
Are there any users logged in tying to run cdr reports or view Dr records?

If you restart service for cdr (call resolver) does the message continue?

Hi all,

I posted a question about this a while ago, but no clear answer has come out of
it.
Now using sipXecs 4.4 latest release, where I get errors:
"2012-06-05T09:21:13.754020Z":515:CDR:ERR:server.domain.local:main:00000000:cdr:"Loss
of connection to database #<struct DatabaseUrl database=\"SIPXCDR\",
port=5433, host=\"localhost\", adapter=\"postgresql\", username=\"postgres\"> -
retrying to connect after sleep"

It reports about this every 10 seconds, also the process ruby is slowly eating
all the cpu time and memory....
Any ideas what this could be?
All services are running fine, have restarted sipX and servers multiple times,
and also CDR functions are working, but keep getting slower and slower...

Kind regards,
