It does backup the SSL, but when you create a new server you must also
create SSL to get through the install process in order to restore. When
restoring, all IP/hostanme/sipdomain may match in order to be successful.

This has been asked and answered many times, until 4.6 comes out this is
the procedure for backup and restore.

There has been some effort put into upcoming versions that makes moving
systems as well as migrating between hardware less problematic (even
changing the sipdomain). That's what the JIRA is for.

However, depending on the feature sets in the upcoming version(s) it
remains to be seen how to upgrade since the REAL showstopper is CentOS and
not sipx. I am not sure this is an appropriate forum for discussing "why
can't I yum from 5.x to 6.x CentOS", since this is not a CentOS forum.
