Years ago they worked fine. The firmware updates killed it.

Wth are you doing g711 pass through for faxing? The only reliable way to
FAX via sip is using t.38. We do this with the 4960 and smart nodes/fxs
ports without issue. Its 2012, not 2002, g711 is a crappy crap shoot.
