Hi Todd, Users,
I want to have some phone models get one firmware version, and others
a different one. I've made a directory under my tftp root eg
polycom7000 with the firmware I want the 7000's to get.
Next, I modified the file 000000000000.cfg and added the below line:
<APPLICATION_SSIP7000
APP_FILE_PATH_SSIP7000="http://sipx1.server.edu:8185/polycom7000/3111-40000-001.sip.ld";
CONFIG_FILES_SSIP7000=="[PHONE_MAC_ADDRESS]-sipx-sip.cfg,
[PHONE_MAC_ADDRESS]-sipx-phone.cfg,
[PHONE_MAC_ADDRESS]-sipx-device.cfg, polycom_phone1.cfg,
polycom_sip.cfg"
/>
So far it is not working the phone stays at the previous firmware.
Any ideas? Has anyone successfully done this?
