It looks like your correct that SCS is the underpinning for AvayaLive. But it has been discontinued globally as a standalone.
They even have a link to download the opensource components of Avayalive....1.1 GB worth. http://avayalive.com/OpenSource/opensource.html I wonder if this a newer code drop of SCS as I dont think they had released any new source since the sale.
