For the record, this was on 4.4, which was working before -- at least until I built a new server with a 'proper' resolv.conf file pointing at 127.0.0.1 Replacing 127.0.0.1 with 192.168.44.1 (which was the config from the default install) allows the phones to register. Guess I'll try this on 4.6 next, though it defaults to 127.0.0.1
