the only thing that makes me pause is the fact this was a manual restore
from cli. please ensure the directory
/var/sipxata/mediaserver/data/mailstore/<user> and all subdirectories are
user:group sipxchange:sipxchange octal 0755 and all files within have the
same onwership but octal 644.

You might consider destroying and recreating the conference and
re-establishing the owner via sipxconfig if there are no recordings in it
and try it internally to see what shows up. If nothing is recorded, the
logging for proxy/sipxconfig/media service should be turned up to debug and
inspected after destroying and recreating the conference to see what it
does not like. It sounds like a simple permissions thing, but there is no
data and noone else has reported it and 4.6 is around the corner.
