Hello, Karel phones are essentially Yealinks. We have up-to-date yealink plugin ( https://github.com/siplabs/sipxyealink) with whatever open license (now GPL) you need to include it to the build. We are ready to maintain and improve it. Also we are working on Panasonic SIP phones, jitsi and VOP support plugins.
Also, Yealink guys REALLY want to certify their phones with openUC/sipXecs and we are ready to help with this until you communicate directly. Phones are great and Yealink is open for whatever improvements you will require.
