George, Tried resending profile and rebooting, still does not work. Deleted and recreated phone profile same thing. Which files do I need for the Cisco templates and where do I put them? Are these files not updated from the 4.4.0-382 update? I checked the CiscoPlus folder and they are date stamped 9/Jul.
