In Spark, the chat message that gets displayed in the chat window, contains
the date/time when got sent, surrounded by brackets, like this: (15:31)
201: hello
So the problem is that 15.31 is an hour in the past, so the correct should
be: 16.31?
Spark uses Java capabilities to retrieve the operating system's time/date.

SipXopenfire is a project that contains Openfire IM server presence plugin,
and is not related with timezone. Did you restart IM server after you
corrected the system's time/date?
