When calls (in sip, generally) come in and are answered but no proper ACK
occurs, it would be assumed the call never fully established and terminates
at 30 seconds.

I always have issues with sip standards using snom and grandstream so I
can't help you there.

I would suggest you get a pcap so it can be looked at to see what is not
liked in the call.
