Just in case anyone else runs into this (my issue is already resolved however):

I just happened to have system that when running --reset or --reset-all didnt
seem to want to bring up the sipxsupervisor. I decuded to 'yum groupremove
sipxecs', but noticed a few leftover items after the process. So then ran 'yum
remove sipx\*' which started to give me the following errors about removing
sipxcdr:

I thought maybe something went wrong with a remove of a shared item, but after
yum reinstall sipxcdr it still errors on removal. I finished the rest of my
remove process(manually deleting the /etc/sipxpbx and /var/sipxdata) and
reinstalling everything. I ran the next setup with a reset-all just in case it
would catch something else I missed, but wasnt handled earlier. All in all my
system is back up and started from scratch. No clue if this error had to do
anything with the --reset-all not seaming to clear everything (appeared to not
update any SSL certificates, as the site let me use my old exception to gain
entrance, but errored on 503 temp unavailable.
