Sorry to SPAM, I forgot to mention that server two threw the following
error when I ran sipx-snapshot.

[root@gfgwph init.d]#   sipx-snapshot
pg_dump: [archiver (db)] connection to database "SIPXCONFIG" failed:
could not connect to server: No such file or directory
            Is the server running locally and accepting
            connections on Unix domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432"?

couldn't connect to [127.0.0.1] couldn't connect to server 127.0.0.1
couldn't connect to [127.0.0.1] couldn't connect to server 127.0.0.1

/usr/bin/sipx-snapshot: line 1025:
/usr/bin/snapshot/openacd-snapshot.sh: Permission denied
