Hi Mike,
This was with two Polycom Sp560s, sip 3.2.6 and bootrom 4.1.2
Calls are coming into the system over a sip trunk through the sipXbridge.
In reply to the other poster, I had pushed the config to the server and rebooted, and the problem persisted.

Thanks,

Hi Alan,

You'll be better served if you describe what type of phone you are attempting this with and what firmware revision.

Also, please make sure to note how the call is coming into the system (gateway (and firmware version), or sipXbridge, or sbc).

Thanks,
  Mike

    Hello,
I have set up call parking on 4.4.0-418, and can send calls to be
parked, the caller hears the hold music. However, when I attempt to
answer the call by dialing *4 and then the park extension, the hold
music cuts out for a second for the parked call, and then comes right
back, and the phone I attempt to retrieve the call on just has
    dead air.
    Any recommendations?

    Thanks,
