So I have been looking on the Polycom web site and have come away confused. I am wanting to monitor the status of a single call park from a Polycom Soundpoint IP 331. Has anyone done this? Does anyone know if it can be done on this model?
The datasheet and web page for the phone doesn't say so, but the "Compare models" says it can. -Bryan Anderson
