Hi, When a call is being transfer out of an IVR to a external destination, you would hear a destination phone ring back tone while its being connected. Is there a way to play a music for a caller while the call is being transferred and not let the caller hear the ring back tone?
In some systems this is the case and when the call is being transferred to a cellphone for example, the caller hears a music while he is being connected! Thanks all, AD
