Problem is that resource-lists.xml does not contain list "~~rl~C~~~id~xmpprlsclient" which is needed by xmpp client to subscribe to user presence. Because of this RLS responds with 404 to SUBSCRIBE to list ~~rl~C~~~id~xmpprlsclient. Looking through the rest of config files related to xmpp they look fine.
Can you try a send profiles and see if the problem dissapears?
