Thank you VERY VERY much Scott!!!!! After trying almost 3 days, and including downloading and reading the source files from the svn repository. It still failed. I have almost given up until Scott's email and I gave it a last look for all my settings.
The problem for failed registration is because of the realm is in UPCASE, after I changed it to lower case, it worked instantly. A simple lower case and upcase problem has wasted me 3 days, plus the pain in my eyes and neck. Thank you Scott for your hints that finally resolved the problem.
