Saying "It doesn't work" is about as useful as taking your car to the mechanic and saying "It doesn't work". You especially want to show us the reported TAPI events. But first, why don't you try to get ReceiveCall to work? That exercises the same authentication code, and once you can see that registration is successful, you can call it from your PSTN phone through Broadvoice.
