Is AEC, AGC and automatic noise reduction available without GIPS libraries in latest sipxtapi branch?
sipxtapi.h claims they aren't, while in MpCallFlowGraph I can see that if you have speex then at least AGC and AEC can be set (I dont know if they work actually).
