Yeah.. I've updated this page to show problems with SpanDSP and other implementation known to me. They all are licensed under GPL or other license, not compatible with LGPL. We may use them only as external optional components. So we still need LGPL implementation of jitter buffer and PLC. If you find good one or able to write one from scratch, you're more then welcome.
