Hello! Sometimes after CALLSTATE_CAUSE_TRANSFER_SUCCESS I does not receive CALLSTATE_DESTROYED for tranfered call (but CALLSTATE_DISCONNECTED received successfully, and sipxCallDestroy called in CALLSTATE_DISCONNECTED event handler).
