Hi All,
I have developed a sipxtapi application which works as a firefox
plugin..The server i am using is asterisk server..I use buttons on my
HTML page to initialize,uninitialize,make call,accept call etc..
I built sipxtapid.dll using visual studio 2005 and included the
dll in my win32 dll project.
Everything works fine as far as functionalities are concerned. but
when i close my
application by closing firefox. I get an error message saying
firefox.execrashed. When i try to debug it using visual C++ debugger,
i get the
following errors:
1. " Unhandled exception at 0x00000000 in Firefox.exe : 0xC0000005
: Access
violation reading location 0x02d5c0e1".
2. " Unhandled exception at 0x0012df75 in Firefox.exe : 0xC0000005
: Access
violation reading location 0x7C9037d8".
the debugger doesn't take me to any source code, it takes me to some
disassembly.
and if this wasn't enough, this behavior is very inconsistent..sometime the
firefox crashes while sometimes not. The crash is most frequent on WIN-98
and leaset frequent on WIN-VISTA . I am not able to understand why is this
happening?
