Sorry I am in over my head here, I debugged the problem when I saw it, the exception was caused by null sdp class which in turn was caused because the codec DLL could not be found. Putting a copy of the codec dll's into the same directory as the output dll (or changing the #define to point to the codec output dll directory) both solved the problem.
