Adding an "rport" implies the server replies to the source IP and
source port where the request came from and not to the ip and port
mentioned in the Via.
Anyways your UA is not trying to Unregister, it is trying to REGISTER and it is
getting REGISTER'ed as i see in those messages. I suggest you add some debug
statements in the callback from SipXtapi for events and then post them here.
