Hey Ian,

I updated the report to include your comment. If you are OK with it, you edit 
the wiki and where it says signed off by mentor, you say:

Signed off by mentor: <your apache id>

And then save, and we're good!

the only comment I have is the "move to graduation" and that is to get a
more diverse community around SIS.
we'll see how we go with that one.
