Yes, it was that copyright assignment. This agreement has been created
during the incubation of GeoTools 2 - from which Geotoolkit.org is
derived - at OSGeo. Among others peoples, one of our former employees
(Adrian Custer) contributed to this agreement, and GeoTools was the main
target at that time.
