I'll try to get some concrete answers for this one.  Would we want to
link Maven, CMS and Bootstrap together?  Or maybe use two out of three
(e.g. Bootstrap & CMS)?  The Maven team has tested Maven site builds
with CMS (see [1] and [2]) and is also working on a plugin [3].  The
Apache Thrift project that Chris mentioned is already using Bootstrap,
but I don't think the site is published with Maven (or to CMS yet)
[4], it looks like a Ruby build tool is used instead.
