Summary: Update man pages to match --help output

Initial Comment:
many of the commands have REALLY verbose --help, but
don't have that info in the man pages. We should move
the verbose usage to the man pages, and make --help
take up less than one screen whenever possible.

I think complete man pages have been created for all
commands at this point. If not, a fresh bug should be filed
for each one.

I would disagree with this. --help in most Linux commands
is for quick usage, i.e. 1 line per flag. This is for a
user who is about to run the command, knows what it doesn,
but just forgot the syntax. The man page is where the
command should be fully explained.

I agree that we need to have all of the same information in
the man pages, but I also want to keep the verbose help with
each utility. The user can always use a pager to manage the
extra output. One screen of output just isn't enough for
some of the commands.
